根据学校学籍管理及国际学生管理相关规定，现就欠费学生缴费事宜发布最终公告如下：

本公告公示期为 5 天，截止时间为2026 年 5 月 31 日（星期日）。欠费学生具体明细详见下表。

根据《嘉兴大学全日制本科国际学生学籍管理办法》相关条款规定：“第四条 学校实行国际学生全员保险制度。国际学生必须按照国家有关规定和学校要求购买保险。对未按照规定购买保险的，应限期投保，逾期不投保的，学校不予录取；对于已在学校学习的，应予退学或者不予注册。”“第四十六条 未按学校规定缴纳学杂费等费用的学生，应予以退学。”

截至公示期满，仍未足额缴清相关费用的学生，须在规定期限内完成退学手续并办理离境，由此产生的一切法律责任与相关后果，均由学生本人自行承担。

In accordance with the university’s regulations on student status and international student administration, we hereby issue this final notice regarding payment arrears.

This notice shall be posted for 5 days, ending on Sunday, May 31, 2026. Details of students with outstanding payments are listed in the table below.

Relevant provisions of the Regulations on Student Status for Full-time Undergraduate International Students, Jiaxing University are quoted as follows:Article 4 The university implements a mandatory insurance system for all international students. All international students shall purchase insurance in compliance with relevant national rules and university requirements. Those who fail to take out insurance within the time limit will be denied admission. Current students who fail to comply shall be dismissed or denied registration.

Article 46 Students who fail to pay tuition and other fees as required by the university shall be dismissed from school.

Anyone who still fails to settle all outstanding fees upon the expiration of this notice shall complete withdrawal procedures and depart from China within the specified period. All legal liabilities and consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the student personally.
