国际教育学院工商 (留) 251 班 LOVANH VATTHANA（中文名：凌志远，老挝籍）、英语 (留) 251 班 BAITUYAKOVA DILNAZ（中文名：迪丽娜，哈萨克斯坦籍）、纺织（留）241 班 ZAYZAY JENNEH（中文名：杰妮，利比里亚籍）三名学生，于 2026 年 6 月 28 日 14:00-16:00《中国概况》课程期末考试期间，夹带与考试科目有关材料；文法学院纺织（留）241 班 BOUMHAOUT ZINEB（中文名：左美，摩洛哥籍）于 2026 年 6 月 26 日 14:00-16:00《汉语综合 4》课程期末考试期间，夹带与考试科目有关材料，四名学生均被监考老师当场查获。根据《嘉兴大学国际学生违纪处分规定》（嘉大国教〔2024〕1 号）第三十条、《嘉兴大学学生考试违纪认定及处理办法》（嘉大教字〔2024〕20 号）第六条，以上四名学生行为均认定为考试作弊。

Four international students were caught by invigilators for carrying materials relevant to exam subjects during final exams. LOVANH VATTHANA (Chinese name: Ling Zhiyuan, nationality: Laos), Class 251 Business Administration (International Program); BAITUYAKOVA DILNAZ (Chinese name: Dilina, nationality: Kazakhstan), Class 251 English (International Program); ZAYZAY JENNEH (Chinese name: Jieni, nationality: Liberia), Class 241 Textile Engineering (International Program), all from the College of International Education, violated rules in the final exam of Overview of China held 14:00-16:00 on June 28, 2026. BOUMHAOUT ZINEB (Chinese name: Zuomei, nationality: Morocco), Class 241 Textile Engineering (International Program) of the College of Humanities and Law, violated rules in the final exam of Comprehensive Chinese 4 held 14:00-16:00 on June 26, 2026. In accordance with Article 30 of Provisions on the Disciplinary Punishment for International Students of Jiaxing University (Jia Daxue Guojiao [2024] No.1) and Article 6 of Measures for the Identification and Handling of Examination Irregularities of Jiaxing University Students (Jia Daxue Jiaozi [2024] No.20), all four students’ acts are identified as cheating in examinations.

现将 LOVANH VATTHANA 等 4 位学生的违纪情况进行公示。公示时间为：2026 年 7 月1日至 2026 年 7 月10 日。公示期间，被公示人若对违规事实认定存在异议，可自公示发布之日起一周内向国际教育学院提出申诉，联系人：雷老师，联系电话：83640098。
